Friday night has become pizza night. Cheap and fun to do with the kids. Trader Joe’s pizza dough saves the step of making our own. Plus, they also have gluten free pizza crackers for those who don’t do gluten. Alton likes straight cheese. Nikola likes mushrooms and olives (her tastes are very much her daddy’s). It also gives her a chance to decorate.
Also helpful to have leftover pizza to take for kids’ activities over the weekend. Nikola had the Queen’s Quest chess tournament on Saturday, so it is helpful to have a meal to bring since there usually isn’t much opportunity to get any food at these things.
