Given how much of the year we have wet weather here, folks in Seattle still drive surprisingly poorly in the rain.
After observing somebody performing a particularly stupid driving maneuver…
Terry: Don’t drive like that, Alton.
Alton: I know, daddy.
<thoughtful pause>
Alton: Daddy, when I get older, will you teach me to drive like a Californian?
Terry: <beaming> Yes, of course I will.
Shaynee has made it clear that teaching the kids to drive will be my job.By the time that I started behind the wheel, I had clocked many hours on the training simulation known as “Pole Position”.
So perhaps the kids will eventually have to log some screen/track time behind the wheel of a more modern driving simulator. I wonder if there is any place to practice parallel parking in Blur on the PS3?
