Snow day! (finally)

Finally got a little dusting of a couple inches of snow last night. The kids woke to a winter wonderland. With some mild bundling, we went out and the kids sledded down the sidewalk. It turns out that ours (Evanston) is the steepest street in the immediate area, so all of the neighborhood used our street for sledding. Some parents set up saw horses on the road to deter traffic and some of us made sure that the kids didn’t continue down into the more busy arterial roads.
