Alton’s new favorite songs are the music from the “Mortal Kombat” movie and the title music from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, which happened to come up on random playlist in the car. As usual, he was full of questions about the Mortal Kombat universe, about which I was intentionally vague.
“Why were the humans taken to another planet?”
“What were the bad guys names?”
“Why did Shang Tsung want to blow up all of the planets and take over the universe?”
“So Liu Kang was the best fighter in the universe?”
“How many arms did Goro have?”
Ah, so many questions. So many playlists.
