Playlist!

Here is a sampling of what is playing on the “Kids’ Faves” playlist. Alton and Nikola vote up songs that they like to hear, which is what often gets played in the car, in their room, in the basement, etc…

1. “I’m a believer” – from the “Shrek” soundtrack

Alton is particularly fascinated by The Aquabats, perhaps because of their whimsical lyrics, perhaps because of their mysterious mythology, perhaps because of their awesome costumes. When we run errands together, he wants to listen to the “Aquabat Channel”, which is when I set the iPod to play random Aquabats tunes. Granted, they are pretty awesome. But even I have a limit to the number of times that I can listen to “The Cat With 2 Heads”.
