First day back at school.
Alton was excited to sport his new backpack (although they weren’t a set, the color scheme matches his Star Wars lunch sack). Ever the big sister, Nikola spent the walk to school trying to reassure Alton that this was a Very Good Thing. As a result, he was in great spirits when we got to school.
In his new class, Alton quickly found his cubby and was promptly mugged by his friend, Katelyn J. However as the parents began to file out, he because very apprehensive about this whole thing. He started to cry, which started a chain reaction of sobbing kindergarteners.
