Technological failure!

Everything seemed doomed to fail today. Alton and Nikola wanted to play “pod racers” (actually, WipeOutHD) which they did for just a short while. Then the screen blinked and went black and the power LED just blinked at me. Blink…blink…blink… No other response. I unplugged the device and let it rest for several hours. Same thing. Reading about it online. In the PS3 world, this is called the YLOD (“yellow light of death”). Sigh. If we didn’t use the PS3 as our central media center, I wouldn’t be heading out for a replacement today.
