We did some trimming in the new garden boxes. The sunflowers have gone wild so we had a lot of sunflower clippings that the kids were parading around as their “flags”.
Nikola and I ran some errands and she still wanted to carry her flag. Later on, she decided that she wanted to give the flower to someone to brighten their day. When we stopped at the hardware store, she gave it to the woman at the checkout counter. I think that she was successful.
