Fromember!

For the longest time, Nikola has pronounced the word “remember” as “FROMember”. My current theory about the etiology of that pronunciation is that “from” refers to something that has happened in the past, just as we do when we remember something.

Maybe I’m reading too much into this.

Anyway, this is the “fromember wheel” that Nikola built from the car building kit she got for Christmas. She tells me that when she holds it like so, and spins it like a pinwheel, it reminds her of gramps and grandma. When held by the wheel and the handle spun around, it reminds her of popo and gung gung. She took this second picture, but wouldn’t let me hold it in the second configuration.
